The Nissan Rogue struggles to keep up, as its standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder machine generates just 170 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. The Honda CR-V also offers an upgraded 1.5-liter turbo four-cylinder powertrain worth 190 horsepower. The Nissan Rogue only offers one powertrain option across all trims.
Versatility
When it comes to interior versatility, the 2019 Honda CR-V effortlessly takes home the gold. While both models feature a split-folding second row, the Honda CR-V offers a larger space with it engaged—75.8 cubic feet of cargo space. In the same configuration, the Nissan Rogue renders just 70 cubic feet. Furthermore, the Honda CR-V boasts an available power-folding second-row function, whereas the Nissan Rogue does not.
